Dear LATA Members & Guests:
The 3rd Quarterly Conference of the Louisiana Association of Tax Administrators is set for September 14, 15, and 16, 2011 in Shreveport, LA and the conference location is Sam’s Town Hotel located at 315 Clyde Fant Parkway.
The conference room rates are $70 per night and reservations need to be made no later than August 6, 2011 to receive the conference hotel rate. The conference early registration fee for members is $185 and $195 for non-members. A late registration fee of $10 will be added to registrations received after August 26, 2011, so please register early.
The Golf Tournament will be held at the Olde Oaks Golf Club located in Haughton, Louisiana on Wednesday, September 14th, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and includes an All American Buffet for lunch. The tournament fee is $70, which includes green fee, cart, lunch and beverages. Please register for the tournament no later than August 26, 2011.
