48th Annual Conference 2014

Dear LATA Members & Guests,
The 2014 Annual Conference of the Louisiana Association of Tax Administrators is set for December 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th in Lafayette, LA hosted by Vermilion, Iberia and Lafayette. The conference location is Hilton (DoubleTree) located at 1521 W. Pinhook Road, Lafayette, LA.
The conference room rates are $114.00 for single rate and $124.00 for the double rate per night. Reservations need to be made no later than November 26, 2014 to receive the conference hotel rate. Members and guests must make their own reservations by calling 800-HILTONS (445-8667) and mention our group code LATA or make reservations via their website using this link:

The conference early registration fee for members is $225.00 and $250.00 for non-members. A late registrations fee of $25.00 will be added to registration received after November 26, 2014 so please register early. Registrations should be sent to Patrick Segura, P.O. Box 9770, New Iberia, LA 70562.
The golf tournament will be held at Squirrel Run, 500 Darby Lane in New Iberia. Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. with a tee time set for 1:00 p.m. Proper golfing attire is requested. Please contact Bob Simpson with Lafayette Parish at 337-521-7360 with any questions concerning the golf course or visit www.squirrel-run.com. Registration is $50 with lunch provided.
There will be a seafood buffet served Wednesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday’s evening will start with dinner, installation of 2015 officers and followed by laughter with humorist Senator Jonathan Perry and local DJ Homer Stelly to dance the night away.
We welcome any assistance in the form of contributions/donations. Contributions may include door prizes, goodie bag items and golf prizes or cash donations.
