47th Annual Conference 2013

Dear Fellow LATA Members and Guests:

The 47th Annual LATA conference is scheduled for December 3 – 6, 2013, at the Paragon Casino Resort located just off LA Highway 1 in Marksville, Louisiana.

For your convenience, we have blocked hotel rooms at the resort starting Tuesday night.

Standard Guest Room (North or South Tower) – $89.00

Deluxe Atrium Guest Room – $119.00

Reservations can be made by direct phone call to the special group reservations number at the Paragon Casino Resort reservations office (800) 946-1946 and/or by fax to (318) 240-6001. Be sure to identify your reservation is for the Louisiana Association of Tax Administrators 2013 Annual Conference – LTAD04G.

The golf scramble will be held at the Tamahka Trails Golf Course on Tuesday, December 3rd at 1:00 p.m. The registration fee is $70.00 which includes green fees, cart and dinner at the Tamahka Grill.

Wednesday evening we are having a Slot Tournament and a conference reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres. On Thursday evening, we will be entertained by The Unusual Suspects to a Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre.

We welcome any assistance in the form of contributions/donations. Contributions may include door prizes, goody bag items, golf prizes, or cash donations.
