2013 2nd Quarterly Conference Information

Dear Fellow LATA Members and Guests,
The 2nd Quarterly Conference will be held June 12 – 14, 2013, at the Hilton Lafayette in Lafayette, Louisiana. The hotel is located at 1521 W Pinhook Rd, Lafayette, LA 70503. Room rates are $89.00 for double and $99.00 for king. Reservations may be made by calling (800) 445-8667. Reservations must be made by May 21, 2013 to assure getting the LATA rates. When making the reservations, please make sure you identify that you are with LATA using the code LAX.
The golf scramble will be held on Wednesday, June 12 beginning at 8:00 AM at the Farm d’Allie Golf Club located on 1235 Beau Bassin Rd., Carencro, LA 70520. The registration fee is $70.00 and includes green fees, cart, range balls and lunch.
Also during the dinner/dance on Thursday evening we will have the first ever LATA lip sync contest. Prizes will be awarded for funniest and most like the artist performances by an individual or group. Rules for the contest can be found on the entry form. So get your costume, pick your song, and get ready to have a swinging good time. Music will be presented by the one man band and DJ, Matt Castille.
We welcome any assistance in the form of contributions/donations. They may include door prizes, goody bag items, golf prizes, or monetary donations.
