Dear LATA Members and Guests:
The Caddo Shreveport Sales & Use Tax Commission will be hosting the 51st Annual LATA Conference December 6-8, 2017 at the Hilton Shreveport. The Hilton Shreveport is located at 104 Market Street in downtown Shreveport and is conveniently attached to the Shreveport Convention Center where the conference meetings will take place.
The conference room rates are $89 per night and reservations need to be made no later than November 21, 2017 to receive the conference rate. You may make reservations online at https://aws.passkey.com/go/LAAssnTaxAdmin or you may call the Hilton directly at 1-800-HILTONS and mention the group code “TAX.” There is a $7.00 fee per day for parking in the garage or $12 fee per day for valet services.
The conference registration fee is $275 for LATA members and $300 for non-members; a late fee of $25 will apply after November 21st so please register early by accessing the following link: www.laota.wildapricot.org.
