New Iberia, LA

Dear Fellow LATA Members and Guests,

The 1st Quarterly Conference will be held March 12-14, 2014 at the Ramada Conference Center in New Iberia, Louisiana. The hotel is located at 2915 Hwy 14, New Iberia, LA.
Room rates are $71.95 per night and it includes two breakfast buffets per room. Reservations can be made by calling 337-367-1201. Reservations must be made by February 21, 2014
to assure getting the LATA rates. When making your reservation, please be sure to identify that you are with the LATA group.

Attached you will find the registration forms for the conference and the golf scramble. Conference registration is $155.00 for members and $175.00 for non-members and
must be received no later than February 21st to qualify for the early bird rate. Add $20.00 for late registrations.

The golf scramble will be held on Wednesday, March 12th beginning at 8:00 AM at Squirrel Run Golf Club located at 500 Darby Lane, New Iberia, LA 70560.
The registration fee is $65.00 and includes green fees, cart, range balls and lunch.

We welcome any assistance in the form of contributions/donations. Contributions may include door prizes, goody bag items, and golf prizes or cash donations.
The conference agenda is not yet finalized and will be forwarded to all as soon as it is set. I know it will be filled with great presenters and informative topics.
I look forward to seeing you in New Iberia the week after Mardi Gras.

2013 3rd Quarterly Conference Information

Dear Fellow LATA Members and Guests:

We are excited here at the Bossier Tax Office to have the opportunity to host the 3rd Quarterly LATA conference here in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. We have chosen
Sam’s Town Hotel and Casino as our conference facility. Reservations for room accommodations may be made by calling the hotel direct at 1-877-429-0711. Please use
our Group Code S09LTAX when making your reservation. The room rate is only $70.00 per night if booked prior to August 23, 2013.

Our goal is to offer each attendee an informative program and exciting entertainment. We are working hard to put together a stand out program.

Our golfers will be treated to a new venue, the Crooked Hollow Golf Club in Greenwood, LA: www.crookedhollowgolf.com. The registration fee is only $50.00 and includes
green fees, cart, and a down home country lunch.

Our hospitality room will be open from 11:00AM-1:00PM on Wednesday, serving drinks and snack’s prior to the start of the committee meetings. On Wednesday evening we are
having a conference reception offering drinks, Hot Hors d’oeuvres and Hot Music to entertain you. The Matthew Davidson Band will perform and is comprised of 15 year old
high school students. Matthew was nominated for 2012 “Best Emerging Artist” by Offbeat Magazine-New Orleans, LA: www.matthewdavidson.net.

On Thursday, we will provide a hot buffet lunch at the hotel for all attendees and the Board of Directors lunch will be held at Ernest’s Orleans Restaurant. (deja vu 1997) After a full day of meetings, you will be treated to an Italian Buffet, and following dinner, entertained by an adult magic show: www.philipandhenry.com.

Dear Fellow LATA Members & Guests,

The First Quarter LATA Conference is scheduled for March 6 – 8, 2013, at the Belle of Baton Rouge Casino & Hotel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Hotel is located at 103 France Street in Downtown Baton Rouge.

For your convenience, we have blocked rooms at the Belle of Baton Rouge.

The group rate for the hotel is $93 per night. To reserve your room you must call Belle of Baton Rouge Call Center at 1-800-266-2692. Be sure to identify that your reservation is for the Louisiana Association of Tax Administrators conference and make your reservation no later than February 19, 2013 to ensure that you receive the LATA Conference rate.

The quarterly golf scramble will be held at Santa Maria Golf Course on Wednesday, March 6th at 8:00 am. The course is located at 18460 Santa Maria Parkway, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The registration fee is $60 and includes green fees, cart, range balls and lunch.
